This machine is designed to harden cutting edges and wearing surfaces on
large tools for sheet metal forming.

Using our SDF® generators, effective hardening depths between 0.5 mm and 5 mm are possible, with adapted rate of feed, constant temperature and no intermediate stops.

All this is due to the integrated online temperature regulation, rotating and  swiveling hardening head and automatic control along the teach coordinates.
