eldec VL-H: hardening machine with gripping function for self-chucking

The eldec VL-H is a joint venture development between eldec Schwenk Induction GmbH and EMAG Maschinenfabrik GmbH. It is the first pick-up hardening machine in the world.

Pick-up refers to the fact that the inductor tool is stationary and the workpiece is moved on two axes. The machine is thus auto-mated and loads itself.

The advantage for our customers: all processes, from soft machining through hardening and up to hard machining, can be easily integrated in an automated line.
